Our Qualifications

When employing a carpet cleaner you want to make sure that they know what they are doing. There are many companies who have been working in carpet cleaning for many years and have never been to a formal course or have any qualifications. There is a great deal of chemistry involved in carpet cleaning, with different fibres reacting very differently to various temperatures and chemicals. It is vital that the person you employ knows exactly what they are doing.

Our technicians are genuinely interested in promoting quality workmanship. They have certification in formal training programs such as IICRC, WoolSafe and Asset Maintenance. You have the security of knowing your technicians are dedicated to advance their knowledge and quality of services by their continual efforts to further their education.

IICRCIt is recommended that you employ a professional carpet cleaner who has IICRC qualifications. IICRC is an International organisation that ensures standards in the Carpet industry are maintained at a high level. They regulate courses that are done in Australia. Technicians who have received an IICRC qualification have learned the most up to date theories and practices in carpet cleaning. They have sat an examination and we have confidence that they understand the concepts involved in carpet cleaning.

WoolSafeThe WOOLSAFE Certified Operator Network is a network of highly trained professional carpet cleaners who meet the strict criteria set by the WOOLSAFE Organisation. They must have achieved a high level of recognised training and a minimum amount of experience before they can become a part of the WOOLSAFE Certified Operator Network. They must also sit and pass the specialised WOOLSAFE training program. They must use WOOLSAFE certified products when cleaning wool or wool rich carpets, rugs and upholstery.
