They must have achieved a high level of recognised training and a minimum amount of experience before they can become a part of the WOOLSAFE Certified Operator Network. They must also sit and pass the specialised WOOLSAFE training program. They must use WOOLSAFE certified products when cleaning wool or wool rich carpets, rugs and upholstery.
